A Magnificient Wood House

We had Miguel Castillo of EMC & Sons Contracting build a house for us in the spring of this year 2021. The house was a 2 bedroom, 1 bath, 600 square foot with a 160 square foot deck. There was a garage on one side below and a store room and water tank on the other side. Breezeway in between.

Miguel and his crew of young men were reliable, experienced and did quality work. They were experienced in every aspect of the building from pouring the cement pad, framing, electrical, plumbing, tile work, T&G installation, roofing and painting. From the cement pad to finishing took 9 weeks.

We were very pleased with the progress of the work that was done in an unbelievably short time by a friendly, capable crew..

We would certainly recommend Miguel and his crew to anyone thinking of having a house built.
